The Orange Grove Quality and Awards Task Force

Goal: Update, enhance, and implement protocols to ensure repository quality and accessibility; develop an awards and recognition program to recognize contributions to the repository

Objective 1: Develop and publicize awards program for recognition on a statewide level

Objective 2: Develop additional ways to recognize faculty for Orange Grove contributions

Objective 3: Expand quality guidelines to include 508 compliance, audio options, and offering alternate language versions of resources

Objective 4: Work with Content Task Force to review proposed materials

Objective 5: Implement and market a rating system for OG resources

Objective 6: Coordinate quality guidelines among institutions

Objective 7: Plan and conduct periodic formative evaluation of the entire repository system, including technical infrastructure, number and quality of resources, user satisfaction
